This plantation tour pleasure gives a special and peaceful impression, beautiful panorama of tea plantation. The plantation is situated at an area on the slope of mount Arjuno, it belongs to Wonosari – Toyomarto village, Singosari district. In this plantation visitors can watch and enjoy the special impression, processing of tea from the leaves taken to the tea ready to drink.
The trip takes you more into nature: tea plantations, rice terrace landscapes, temples, and rainforests. The journey goes south about 1.5 hours from the city of Surabaya, the second largest city in Indonesia after Jakarta. The first destination on this trip is to visit the tea plantation. The approximately 700-hectare tea plantation was established in 1910 during the Dutch colonial period. The plantation was passed on from the Dutch to the Indonesian government and passed on to the locals. Walk through the tea plantation and visit the tea refinery to see how everything is made. Then take a break to drink tea and try out original teas.
